Note: Oblivion Heart the pony IS NOT the same as Oblivia the Hamster (me).

Cutie Mark symbolism:
 Oblivion's cutie mark represents an abstract characteristic: Unwavering Spirit/Tenacity. This comes from the word "Oblivion" defines as being mentally withdrawn, her mental state the "Heart" is tougher than most. Honing this ability allows her to be nullified to fear, hallucinations and lessen any physical pain inflicted and felt, the downside of this, though, is she can't dream and sleep normally.
  
 This mental withdrawal impacts her personality as well. She is not very sociable, as she finds it hard to communicate with the right words and connect with other people. She hones her mental state (with the help of her Tenacity) by taking in and observing the tiny details in nature, colors, sounds and life. She is very observant and perceptive as a result, though oblivious to everything else, leading to her getting into accidents often while sketching out wildlife and landscapes.

Oblivion is often grumpy from these injuries and knowing herself that she is prone to accidents but finds it too late to avoid them most of the time.

Her tenacity towards life keeps her going despite her obliviousness to her destiny, she hopes that she can contribute to Equestria in some sort of way instead of just herself, one day.

Her virtue from this is Acceptance.

How she got her cutie mark:
While travelling to the Crystal Empire to observe new things in a state of obliviousness to the arrival of King Sombra, Oblivion was trapped along with the crystal ponies for 1000 years. In those years, everyone was under Sombra's influence of fear and darkness. Eventually Oblivion overcame one of those fears and earned her cutie mark, while under Sombra's influence of showing her darkest fears. (shown in image) 

She continued on her adventure immediately when the Empire came back, equipped with a stronger mental state and the tenacity to explore and witness everything that life has to offer.
